First of all, what is hypnosis? Well, it’s not mind control. If you think hypnosis can make you do things you don’t want to do, then you have an incorrect interpretation of hypnosis. Hypnosis if done correctly, implants new behavior to your subconscious mind during your relaxed state. This does not mean that you are asleep when you are hypnotized. You are still conscious. The only difference is that your mind becomes highly focused and acceptable to new suggestions.
